RETURN AND CANCELLATIONS

At Stones Work, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase of our Handmade Marble and Stone products. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or cancel your order. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options.

1. Return Policy: 1.1. Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs. Please provide us photos of the packaging you have received and photos of the broken item within the packaging to process your return and cancelation smoothly.
1.2. Change of Mind: If you have a change of mind about your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receipt. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and a restocking fee of 25% of the product price may apply.
2. Cancellation Policy: Order Cancellation: You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If the item has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund. If the item has already been shipped, you will need to follow our " Return Policy" for any change of mind returns.

3. Process for Returns and Cancellations:

3.2. Packaging: Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.

3.3. Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 5 business days. Please note that refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

4.1. Customized or Personalized Items: Items that are customized or personalized according to your specifications are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

4.2. Clearance or Sale Items: Clearance or sale items are sold as-is and are non-returnable.
